Conducting a Factory Acceptance Test (Packaged Units - Instrumentation)

Packaged units are an efficient way to modularise the construction of plant equipment in an effort to improve the delivery time of a new processing plant. in most cases where these are manufactured away from the project location it is necessary to conduct a formal inspection and test of such equipment of the vendor supplied item before approval for delivery.
